Lent is an important time to prioritize turning away from sin, and seeking reconciliation with God. That`s why the Lord gave us the sacrament of confession.

In this video, Fr. Mike Schmitz explains why confession is a place of victory. Give it a watch, and then, if needed, make a plan for your next visit to confession.

Your Justice challenge this week is to show compassion to someone who is suffering. You might donate money to CRS or another organization helping hurting people. Or you might give a sandwich to a homeless person in your community.
Whatever you do, remember that compassion means entering into that person’s human condition, not with condescension, but with a genuine sense of walking with them in their experience.

Join us in recognizing Daniel Zuniga, a member of All Saints Parish since 2001. Daniel usually attends whatever mass works best with his work schedule, and always tries to make himself available whenever Sharon or Tom call. His favorite thing about All Saints is that his children were baptized and received first communion there. He also has fond memories of Sister Jackie, Sister T, and Father Jay stating that All Saints has always been good for his family.
His hobbies include reading, being outdoors and traveling, which he would like to do more of. Daniel says that with God’s help, he always tries to be a better person than he was the day before. A fun fact about Daniel is that he once finished a half marathon in less than two hours!
All Saints thanks you for your time and talent.
