Neighborhood Association

For the whole law is summed up in a single commandment, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ Galatians 5:14

The environment in which people live has a tremendous impact on their physical and spiritual wellbeing.

STAR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Promoting the Social Welfare of the Residents:  To promote through group action, the correction of neighborhood problems, thereby promoting an atmosphere of unity, cooperation, openness, and friendliness with the neighborhood.  To do all things for the betterment of the area.
Sometimes people wonder what the advantages are of being part of the association.  Why join and work at being a good neighbor?  First and foremost, being a good neighbor helps make your neighborhood a better place to live.  Neighborhoods with an active social life can make your home more desirable on the housing market.  Being part of your local neighborhood association gives you the comfort of knowing what is happening in your neighborhood, being in on the flow of information.
