This calculator will help you determine your daily portion based on your age, gender, height, weight, and activity level. It will tell you how many calories you should consume a day to maintain a healthy weight. You can then plan your daily meals by determining how many calories you plan to eat at each meal and snack. Remember you are in charge of your selection of what you will eat to receive your daily portion.
