Today the Church calls us to celebrate the truth that Jesus Christ is King of the universe. As King, it is his mission to eliminate anything that is contrary to God’s purpose and to establish a world based on justice and peace. Because God does not force his will upon us, it is our duty as believers to share in and cooperate with this mission and do all in our power to hasten God’s kingdom.

Hoy la Iglesia nos llama a celebrar la verdad que Jesucristo es Rey del universo. Como Rey, su misión es eliminar todo lo que contradiga el propósito de Dios, y también establecer un mundo basado en la justicia y la paz. Dios no nos obliga que sigamos su voluntad; así que, nuestro deber como creyentes es compartir y cooperar con esta misión, hacer todo lo que podamos para apurar su Reino.
