Do you feel overly oppressed or burdened by life’s demands or feel unsettled and anxious about where you find yourself? Many walk through life carrying very heavy sacks on their shoulders and are weighed down by them. Moments of joy and light are far and few between, with darkness and disappointment being more the norm. God desires that we live in light and experience joy. Christ has revealed this to us. Often, we give the world and things we have created too much power over us. We lose our sense of playfulness and freedom and allow other people and things to define and influence us. We are asked to reclaim ourselves today and realize that we are being asked to spread the Gospel of joy. Are we able and willing to do this?

VIVIR LA LITURGIA ~ INSPIRACIÓN DE LA SEMANA

¿Te sientes demasiado oprimido o agobiado por las demandas de la vida o te sientes inquieto y ansioso por el lugar donde te encuentras? Muchos caminan por la vida llevando sacos muy pesados sobre sus hombros y son abrumados por ellos. Los momentos de gozo y luz son lejanos y escasos, con la oscuridad y la desilusión siendo más la norma. Dios desea que vivamos en la luz y experimentemos gozo. Cristo nos ha revelado esto. A menudo, le damos al mundo y las cosas que hemos creado demasiado poder sobre nosotros. Perdemos nuestro sentido de alegría y libertad y permitimos que otras personas y cosas nos definan e influyan. Se nos pide reclamarnos hoy y darnos cuenta de que se nos pide que difundamos el Evangelio de la alegría. ¿Somos capaces y estamos dispuestos a hacer esto?
