Last night the Evansville City Council unanimously voted to approve all funding allocations! That’s $10 million for adult and children’s mental health services, $5 million into the affordable housing trust fund, and $300,000 for the Evansville Diversion Center at United Caring Services!!

It seems that, in many ways, we would be hard-pressed to have better readings for the Sunday before Lent begins.

Tri-State Creation Care will be holding its annual conference on Saturday, February 26.  Dr. John Ikerd, Professor Emeritus of Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri, will be offering the keynote address, “Reconnecting with Our Earth.”  Bishop Siegel will lead the invocation.
