“I say to you, you are looking for me not because you saw signs but because you ate the loaves and were filled.”

The satisfaction that the people experienced in the multiplication of the loaves was not just a sign. It was reality. Reality in the fullest sense. The fullness of Life. Jesus was already giving himself in a way that the crowds needed to– couldn’t help but– seek him out.

To go to the other side, to notice when he was missing.

To have the intuition that they needed to be near Him and receive this bread again…To seek Communion.

What a gift we have in the Eucharist. We get to receive what everyone has always been longing for. –National Eucharistic Revival.
