Neighbor to Neighbor program News

Volunteers Needed – Catholic Charities is seeking volunteers to serve as facilitators for the Neighbor to Neighbor program, a faith-based, life-skills-education program that helps families move away from financial dependence on social service agencies and move towards self-sufficiency.   Facilitators guide participants as they set goals to move forward and make positive, healthy, and financially wise choices. Volunteers receive training and support from skilled staff members.  Volunteers will be needed up to 3-6 hours per week when the program is in session.  The next volunteer training session will take place in Evansville on August 23 at 5:30 p.m.  Please call 812-423-5456 to find out more or register for the training.
