St Vincent de Paul News

On May 31st, our balance was $14,939. During June and July we were able to help 110 of our neighbors with utilities, rent, appliances, furniture, clothing, and miscellaneous household items for a total of $11,269.
We received a gift of $1,000 from St. Phillips parish, $300 from the Baird Trust, $250 in honor of Sr. Caroline who celebrated her 70th Anniversary as a Daughters of Charity, and contributions of $2,158
from you, our generous parishioners. This is a huge difference from last summer when we could only help with clothing.

We invite you to consider becoming a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Conference. Most of our visits are made by telephone. If evening meetings are a problem for you, we plan to change our meeting times on Wednesday afternoon so that we are home before dark. Not a member of ASP, no problem. We want you anyway.
