God will be By Our Side
June 25, Mt 10:26-33,
Jesus encourages His disciples to not be afraid. He reassures us that His message is more important than anything else and we are more valued than anything else.
In the end no matter what happens, God will be standing with us. In good and peaceful times, these are reassuring thoughts. In times when we are threatened with danger, trusting this message, and doing the right thing is easier said than done.
In good times, we need to nurture that relationship with Jesus through prayer and service so that in those challenging times, we can draw from the Grace we’ve come to know, the gift that will bolster our spirits.
