Living in the Light

John 3:14-21

Jesus sends us a dire warning in the Gospel this week. Choose the light that the Son offers He urges and reject the darkness that surrounds us. All of us want to claim that we have chosen Jesus and the light. We wouldn’t be in church nor reading this note if we didn’t.

But in honesty, we have to admit that when it comes to sainthood, that is being filled with the Divine light, we have a ways to go. Lent is about moving closer to Jesus and closer to the light. How is your Lent doing on that score?
