Join the Diocesan Choir

JOIN THE DIOCESAN CHOIR FOR THE DIACONATE ORDINATION ON APRIL 20, 2024

Please join the Diocesan Choir for the Diaconate Ordination (Nicholas Biever, Aaron Herrenbruck, Keith Hart and Clint Johnson) on Saturday, April 20, at 10:00 am (Evansville Time) at St. Benedict Cathedral. The Choir is open to singers from all the parishes of Diocese of Evansville.  This is a great opportunity to come together and share in musical prayer.  Members are typically in 8^th grade and older. While reading music and attending all the practices are recommended, it isn’t a requirement!

Practices are held in the Cathedral Church (please enter on the East side of the Cathedral (Parish Center / Handicap-Ramp Side)). Due to scheduling issues at the Cathedral, the practice times are a little different than usual:

The Diocesan Choir is open to singers from all the parishes of Diocese of Evansville. This is a great opportunity to come together and share in musical prayer. Members are typically in 8th grade and older. The ability to read music and attend all the practices are recommended, but not required.

Practices are held in the Cathedral Church (please enter on the East side of the Cathedral (Parish Center / Handicap-Ramp Side) except for the April 14^th practices.

Sunday, April 7:              2 pm – 4 pm

Tuesday, April 9:           6 pm – 7:30 pm

Sunday, April 14:           2 pm – 3:30 pm  (Practices this day held in basement of Cathedral School – enter through main parking lot)

Tuesday, April 16:         6 pm – 7:30 pm
