We would like welcome our newest member to the staff at All Saints Parish. Brenda Meyer grew up in Warrick County.  She graduated from Castle High School, the University of Evansville with a BA in psychology and sociology and a MA in counseling and an MSSW in social work from the University of Louisville.

Sheep get an awfully bad rap, linguistically. Some are quick to label people as “sheep” if we think they haven’t sufficiently questioned authority or if they’re too willing to go along with someone else’s plan.

4th Sunday of Easter

“Human beings, while capable of the worst, are also capable of rising above themselves, choosing again what is good, and making a new start.” (Pope Francis) We have a difficult time figuring out what is true and best for us.

Do we hear and follow? Before we can welcome Jesus as the Good Shepherd, we have to hear his voice. God’s voice breaks into the dialogue of our lives in myriad ways, but we have to be attentive and receptive in order to hear it.
